Simpson Men’s Volleyball Athletes Earn Academic All-District

In the history of Simpson men’s volleyball, Ignacio Aguado Herranz and Anthony Potratz are the first College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District winners.Student-athletes who play sports without their own Academic All-America teams—such as football, men’s and women’s soccer, volleyball, basketball, baseball, softball, swimming and diving, tennis, and cross country/track & field—are included in the At-Large program.

A student-athlete must have completed at least one full year at their school and have a cumulative grade-point average of 3.50 or higher to be eligible for the CSC Academic All-District and All-America Teams. Players must have started at least 66 percent of the institution’s games or competed in 90 percent of the games played.
