On Friday night, Moravia defeated both of the Twin Cedars diamond teams in their separate bouts. The baseball team suffered a 6-0 defeat. The MoHawks got runners home and recorded four stolen bases, despite the fact that both teams recorded eight hits. Twin Cedars’ offensive output was led by Brandon Puyear, who went 2/4. With seven strikeouts in 4 1/3 innings, Kaden Kloster suffered the loss. Despite celebrating Senior Night, softball lost 12–2 in four innings as the MoHawks easily won. Baseball will play its next game against bitter rival Melcher-Dallas on Wednesday, while softball will play Ankeny Christian in a make-up on Monday.
