Being a Trump supporter and launching a company in his name does not ensure that an immigrant will remain in the United States.Even though he admired the administration, ICE has arrested another Trump Burger restaurant inventor.
Roland Beainy, Iyad Abuelhawa’s business partner, was arrested by ICE following the arrest of Iyad Abuelhawa, 55. He is now the second company owner from MAGA to be detained by ICE.
Iyad gained notoriety after being detained in June and facing fraud and deportation. He was charged by the administration of being in the US unlawfully and exceeding his visa limit.
According to the Fayette County Record, he was also ordered to deport in 2009 after serving time in prison. ICE wants to make sure he doesn’t get away with it in the US. ICE claims that he has committed health fraud, endangering a number of US residents.

Additionally, he used phony flu shots, endangering 1,600 individuals. In addition, he faces charges of intimidation and violence. According to the ICE spokeswoman, he was apprehended in June and will not be freed.
Beainy, a 28-year-old Lebanese, was another former owner who was in the country illegally on a non-immigrant visa. In order to remain in the US, he was also charged with being married in a false marriage.
Abuelhawa’s lawyers have informed the Houston Chronicle that he is in poor health and could pass away while being held. ICE custody is notoriously cruel and lacks medical resources for those who are ill.
The entrepreneur collaborated with Beainy to expand his business to a few other locations in Houston after establishing the initial burger restaurant.
