If nothing else, Kimberly Guilfoyle’s poor outfit selections make her the epitome of fashion failure. She rarely dresses appropriately, and throughout her Donald Trump campaign, she made far too many fashion mistakes. But in an unexpectedly positive way, she was able to exceed all expectations with her attire for the President’s inauguration.
For the big day, Kimberly, who is well-known for wearing gaudy and inappropriate clothing, decided to look put together. The former fiancée of Donald Trump wore a stunning all-white suit with a silk shirt that added a glamorous touch. She added a little purse and traditional heels as a finishing touch to her ensemble.
Oh! Not to mention her black velvet overcoat. Kimberly, after all, can’t function without a little drama. Guilfoyle posted pictures of her attire to Instagram with the remark, “America is BACK!”
She added, “Celebrating with true patriots as President Trump leads us into the next chapter of greatness,” while standing in front of the White House with her son, Ronan Anthony Villency. Another perspective emerged, even if her fitted suit undoubtedly ended all discussions about her poor fashion choices. Many questioned whether she simply emulated Kamala Harris or if she was inspired by her. It would be really amusing if that were to actually occur.
A few years ago, Harris, who is well-known for wearing power suits, wore the exact same outfit. From the ribbon top to the heels, her all-white suit, which she wore during her 2020 victory speech as the first female African American vice president, had a remarkable resemblance to Kimberly’s attire at Trump’s inauguration.
That the two of them had a twinning moment at all is still difficult to accept, though. Kimberly’s modesty lasted only a few hours, but we will likely never know if she actually imitated Kamala that day. She swiftly changed out of her power suit for a long, blue, floor-length dress for the Starlight Ball.
She then returned to exposing some skin at the Hispanic Inaugural Ball while wearing a black floral gown. She famously shared the stage with her ex that evening, and it’s possible that her attire was an attempt to get his attention.

Unexpectedly, Kimberly, who earlier attracted attention with her contentious attire, has changed her dress since the inauguration. She has moved away from her party girl persona and is now opting to dress more elegantly and modestly. She hasn’t quite abandoned her ostentatious wardrobe, though. Old habits do not fade away, as demonstrated during the Mar-a-Lago charity event in March 2025.
