More news stories are being written on Donald Trump’s right hand than his speeches. At the end of the week, the 79-year-old president was seen on camera in the Oval Office clumsily concealing a poorly done makeup job that left his skin smeared with concealer.
Trump had a busy Friday, including greeting National Guard soldiers in Washington, visiting the Kennedy Center, and seeing the SmithsonianWhile wearing one of his trademark garish hats, he visited the People’s Housemuseum. But the cameras weren’t flashing because of the museum’s gold accent.
Rather, keen-eyed photographers focused on Trump’s right hand, which appeared to have been dipped in a bottle of concealer that was the wrong hue. Like a terrible spray tan gone rogue, the whitish streak contrasted sharply with his blotchy, crimson complexion.
I wonder if Trump has the Epstein Files translated onto itpic because he is making such an effort to conceal the back of his right hand from the cameras.Twitter: https://eACyauHvmR.

Trump appeared to understand the issue by the time he returned to the White House. He went full magician, incessantly twisting, turning, and covering his right hand with his left in what appeared to be the most awkward game of hide-and-seek, all the while boasting about the cosmetic modifications made to the area.
Trump pointed to the gilded trim around the office, making sure that only the palm of his right hand was visible, and remarked, “You see how this is looking.” Nothing compares to pure gold, and nothing compares to gold, but this lovely office required it. With his left hand draping over his right as if concealing state secrets, he began the cover-up act a few moments later.
Sadly for Trump, nothing was captured by the cameras. His hand was still covered in mismatched concealer, as close-ups verified. The incident follows weeks of conjecture regarding Trump’s health. His right hand and ankles were bruised in photos from the 2025 FIFA World Cup in July, which led to speculation that the president might be concealing more than simply a poor bronzer. He was eventually diagnosed with chronic venous insufficiency (CVI), a disorder that causes swelling but is rarely dangerous, according to the White House.
Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt read aloud to reporters a July memo from Trump’s physician, Sean Barbabella, stating that recent pictures of the president revealed slight bruises on the back of his hand. This is in line with the usage of aspirin, which is taken as part of a regular cardiovascular prevention routine, and mild soft tissue irritation from frequent handshaking.
Leavitt reiterated that statement on Friday, attributing Trump’s bruiser face to his people-loving nature. She stated in a statement that President Trump is a man of the people and that he shakes hands with more Americans every day than any other president in history. He demonstrates his unshakeable dedication every single day. Perhaps unyielding, but someone could suggest a better cosmetics artist.
