Knoxville colling shelters will be open on Saturday and Sunday because to the predicted severe temperatures this weekend.
During regular business hours, the public can visit the two facilities, which are the Knoxville Recreation Center and the Knoxville Public Library. The library is open from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm on Saturday, and the recreation center is open from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm on Saturday and from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Sunday. The library is at 213 E Montgomery St., while the recreation facility is at 800 S. Park Lane.
