Despite the White House’s assertions that there is nothing to be concerned about, Donald Trump’s cognitive health is frequently mentioned. The 79-year-old President has been experiencing a decrease in his mental state, which has been the subject of many speculations and rumors. Experts are now cautioning him that Vladimir Putin would play him like a fool amid mounting worries.
At the start of his second term, the U.S. President appeared to be getting along well with his Russian counterpart, but their relationship has since soured. Trump, who initially praised Putin for his quite astute invasion of Ukraine, quickly lost patience with him after he was unable to negotiate his pledges to stop the conflict.
At a pivotal time that might affect both Trump’s personal connection with Putin and the outcome of the peace agreement with Ukraine, he is now scheduled to meet the Russian president at a meeting in Alaska on Friday. The Republican leader, however, may not be as excited as anticipated because he characterized the next summit as a feel-out session. However, he also warned that there would be dire repercussions if Russia did not consent to a ceasefire.
Experts have warned that Vladimir Putin could easily control Trump despite his claims. The indications of his cognitive impairment, according to critics, would be crucial during the crucial meeting and might even turn out to be advantageous for the Russian president.
“The meeting in Alaska should only be about Ukraine,” tweeted former U.S. ambassador to Russia Michael McFaul. Trump will not permit Putin to bring up Iran, economic cooperation, or other agenda topics.
According to Areport, former Michigan Republican Party executive director Jeff Timmer reiterated, “I can say with 100% confidence that Putin will manipulate and play Trump like the fool he is.”
I have complete faith that Putin will use deceit to make Trump look foolish. Putin knows how to negotiate and use power. Trump merely boasts about his magical powers while abandoning every agreement with a wave good-bye to the milk cow and three magic beans in his pocket.

In response to McFaul’s tweet, another social media user had a similar viewpoint: Putin won’t even need to make a concerted effort. In response to Timmer’s remark, someone else wrote: Trump has always been corrupt, naive, and easily swayed. For years, Putin has played him.
Ian Kelly, a retired career foreign service officer, said, “I believe this is a huge error.” We already know what Putin wants, so you don’t need to invite him to the United States.
Breaking: In an unthinkable move, Trump reiterates his threats of dire repercussions if Putin doesn’t halt the conflict following their meeting, even though he hasn’t followed through on them.

Republicans, such as South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham, disagree. Graham wrote, dismissing the mounting worries, “I have every confidence in the world that the President is going to go to meet Putin from a position of strength, that he’s going to look out for Europe and Ukrainian needs to end this war honorably.”
The meeting on Friday will be an opportunity for the U.S. and Kremlin leaders to repair their ties. Putin has already expressed a desire to mend US-Russian ties now that his friend Donald Trump is back in the White House.
