They find it incomprehensible that Daniel Fuentes Espinal, 53, who has no criminal history, was taken into custody. He was a clergyman as well as a construction worker. Since 2001, he has been living in the nation.
According to the officials, he was only in the country for six months, and after that, his visa expired. His three children are being torn apart by the arrest.
The preacher from Maryland spent the entire morning obtaining building materials before being taken into custody. Before he could begin working that day, he was stopped and taken into custody, according to CBS News.

He is regarded as a diligent individual, and his family is making a concerted effort to obtain a green card for him. Following his arrest, he was transported to two distinct detention facilities, one in Baltimore and the other in Salisbury. Finally, he was moved to the Winn Correctional Institution in Louisiana.
According to his loved ones, Espinal must have slept on a chilly bench in the prison during the night. According to his buddy Len Foxwell, they are unsure of his current state at the facility. Everyone is concerned about him.

He also discussed Trump’s immigration crackdown, claiming that anyone they can find is being deported. They are implementing the mass deportation objectives in this manner. They have deported a number of families with children thus far.
Additionally, an Army Sergeant’s wife was recently deported by ICE, causing her to be separated from her 10-month-old son. They deported her in spite of the work visa. In other news, a two-year-old American citizen and her mother were deported to Honduras.
Abrego Garcia, who was deported to El Salvador in March, was similarly affected by unfair immigration. Charges of people smuggling against him are still ongoing in the United States.
They have deported parents in a number of cases, leaving young children in the system alone and without family. Hollen has been vocal in his criticism of the administration’s immigration policies.
