Immigrants Deported by Trump ‘Forced to Lick Backs of Other Inmates’ by Guards in El Salvador Prison—Survivor Opens Up About Months of Torture

A number of detainees who claim that the Trump administration unfairly deported them are speaking out against the harsh treatment they endured. The immigrants are criticizing the U.S. government after they were allegedly wrongly suspected of being part of a Venezuelan gang.

A Venezuelan named Juan Jos Ramos Ramos recently came out about the difficult circumstances he faced while in CECOT. Hundreds of immigrants, including the 39-year-old, boarded planes to travel to El Salvador’s toughest security prison.

The harsh deportation policies of the Trump administration, some of which have violated the law, have drawn criticism. The controversial choice to invoke the Alien Enemies Act, which was first enacted in the 1700s, was even made by the President.

The legislation gives the government the power to hold, remove, and expel foreign nationals who are thought to pose a threat to American security and peace. Mass deportations that were conducted in an unruly fashion followed.

ICE agents have detained and deported hundreds of Venezuelans. The immigrants were charged with belonging to a lethal gang without offering enough evidence to back up the allegations. The men were subsequently accepted into CECOT, a high-security prison in El Salvador.

One of the prisoners who had to put up with the harsh conditions of the terrorism incarceration center was Leonardo Jos Colmenares Sol rzano. The 31-year-old claims that the prison’s guards severely beat him up. The guards are accused of repeatedly stomping on his hands and dousing his ears with filthy water.

According to Solrzano, the guards also made him lick the other prisoners’ backs. Another Venezuelan who ended himself behind bars, Juan Jos Ramos Ramos, claimed that Donald Trump is not who he says he is.

ICE authorities detained Ramos, who maintains a spotless criminal record, without providing any concrete evidence. The man remembered getting into difficulties with the immigration officials because of his tattoos. When ICE officers noticed a Venezuela sticker on Ramos’ vehicle while he was just using it, they arrested him.

Investigating the alleged unjust deportation of these men, The Rawstory discovered startling data pertaining to their cases. 197 of the 238 males who were detained and deported, according to the publication, had no past criminal history.

Even more startling is the report’s claim that the Trump administration was aware of the same thing. At the time of their expulsion, about half of these individuals had pending immigration cases.

166 of the males that were detained had tattoos on their bodies, which was a commonality among them. White House spokesperson Abigail Jackson responded to the allegations in a statement.

She pointed out that one of the media groups that looked into the issue, ProPublica, was a liberal propaganda organization that was determined to defend dangerous criminal foreigners who had no right to be in the country. Jackson continued by writing that America is safer since that the deported immigrants are no longer there.
