In Tuesday’s non-conference game, the Indianola softball team lost 7-0 to Waukee Northwest, the top team in class 5A. While the Indianola offense went cold, the Wolves scored two runs in the fourth, one apiece in the fifth and sixth innings, and three more insurance runs in the seventh. The game had been scoreless for the first three innings. The Indians will travel to Boone tomorrow after dropping to 12-8 on the season.
