The Iowa Soccer Coaches Association announced on Tuesday that Jacob Chickering, a senior in Indianola boys soccer, had won the Mr. Iowa Soccer honor.
With eight goals and fourteen assists this past season, Chickering helped lead Indianola to their second consecutive trip to the class 3A state tournament. He was selected to the First Team All-Conference and First Team All-State.
Jacob received back-to-back selections to the First Team All-Conference (2023, 2025), three Varsity letters, three Little Hawkeye All-Academic accolades, and a 2025 First Team All-State recognition to top off his high school career.
