On Tuesday, the Marion County Board of Supervisors convened in regular session.
The board approved a Pella drivers license lease agreement, awarded contracts for two separate county line road projects, approved a site plan for the new Two Rivers Cooperative dry fertilizer building in Otley, and decided to pause the county salary survey discussion. Additionally, Marion County general assistance policy updates were heard and approved by the board, a judicial mental health advocate memorandum of understanding with Polk County was approved, a State Recreational Trails (SRT) program grant application endorsement authorization was authorized, and the FY24 Marion County audit was received and filed.
The board approved the updated Marion County employee handbook as the meeting came to an end.
