3 July 2025During the last twenty-four hours, the Marion County Sheriff’s Department has responded to 29 service requests, including but not limited to: four extra patrols, four attempts at paper service, four vehicle inspections, three follow-up calls, one return call, one domestic, one welfare check, one transportation, one encounter with one subject, one theft, one wanted subject, one rescue call, one motorist assistance, one accident, one civil call, one ATV call, one dispute, and one live stock call.There are currently 26 inmates incarcerated at Marion County Jail.Seven subjects were booked into the Marion County jail during the last twenty-four hours.
