Tax Records Uncover Epstein’s $25K Donation to Clinton Foundation Amid 2006 Criminal Probe

Several tax returns that may be over ten years old have been discovered by sources, and this has also revealed evidence that Jeffrey Epstein and the Clinton Foundation gave $25,000 in 2006—the year that Florida authorities opened an investigation into the financier.

Records show that on July 18, 2006, Epstein mailed a cheque to Clinton. A year later, his powerful legal team—which included Gerald Lefcourt and Alan Dershowitz—used his connections to the Clintons to pressure for leniency during the plea bargaining process.

In a 23-page letter filed in July 2007, the lawyers claimed that Mr. Epstein was a member of the original team that came up with the Clinton Global Initiative, which is defined as a project that brings together a community of world leaders to develop and pursue creative solutions to some of the most important problems facing the planet. This program focuses on global health, poverty, climate change, and ethnic and religious conflicts.

Nevertheless, there was no evidence on RadarOnline.com that Epstein was named as a founder member in the Clinton Global Initiative’s official documents.

Bill and Hillary Subpoenaed

The House Oversight Committee subpoenaed former US President Bill Clinton and his wife Hillary Clinton last week to testify over their association with Epstein. Bill Clinton’s subpoena has stated You admitted that you took four different flights on Jeffrey Epstein’s private aircraft between 2002 and 2003. You were even photographed getting a massage from one of Mr. Epstein’s victims during one of these excursions.

The statement went on. There are different claims regarding whether you ever visited Mr. Epstein’s island, and it has also been alleged that you urged Vanity Fair to not publish sex trafficking allegations against your good friend.

The committee went on to say It is crucial that Congress oversee the federal government’s enforcement of sex trafficking laws in general and its handling of the investigation and prosecution of Mr. Epstein and Ms. Maxwell in particular, even as the Department works to find and make public additional information pertaining to their cases.

In order to improve government efforts to prevent sex trafficking and reform the use of plea agreements and/or non-prosecution agreements in sex-crime investigations, the Committee may use the findings of this research to develop legislative solutions. The Committee thinks you have information about Mr. Epstein and Ms. Maxwell’s behavior that is pertinent to the Committee’s investigation because of your prior relationships with them.

Bill Clinton s Response

Bill Clinton’s relationship with Epstein has come under scrutiny, particularly in relation to his travels on Epstein’s own aircraft, the Lolita Express. * He damaged many individuals, but I knew nothing about it, and by the time he was first jailed in 2005, I had cut off communication with him, Clinton recalled in his memoir, Citizen: My Life After the White House. I haven’t been to his island. “I wish I had never met him,” he continued. He acknowledged that Epstein was strange, but he maintained that he was unaware of the crimes he was committing.
