He was sprinkling water on the dirt road when he heard a white man calling him a racial insult. The man yelled the man a racial epithet as he drove up to him. Alongside the property, Pastor Paul Abram was watering the soil to help disperse the dust particles.
To clear the easement of weeds, Brian Merrill was hired. A white guy approached the pastor of Southern Avenue Missionary Baptist Church for using a hose to spray water.
Merrill was in his SUV when Abram filmed him saying that this was their easement and that they didn’t want water on their side. He continued by using the racial insult that was captured on camera. After a while, he parked his car and complained about the situation over the phone.
In an interview with KPNX, Abram said he has been referred to as anything but a divine child. At sixty-two, he claims that he has more time behind him than ahead of him. Therefore, he wanted to lead by example and encourage everyone, black or white, to refrain from using that slur. “Necessary,” he said.
Merrill has asserted that Abram was provoked and that his version of events is untrue. Abram waited for the woman who hired Merrill to speak, but she remained silent. Rather, she described him as helpful and kind.
According to her, both sides were acting aggressively. According to Merrill, the preacher labeled him a cracker and an imbecile. Although he acknowledged that it was improper to use a slur, he felt irritated.

The preacher has received a lot of support from comments on the Instagram video. They would have flooded the man’s automobile instead of calling him patient. From inside the vehicle, some questioned why the man was acting in this manner.
He should have offered him some if the man appeared thirsty, one of them joked. According to a Catholic commenter, God is keeping watch over the pastor, and his light aggravates the man’s demons.
He handled things well and patiently, which was appreciated by another. He is attempting to regulate dust, which is crucial for everyone, according to a comment made by another user.
